Hotel receptionist: career guide and training

As a hotel receptionist you work in a hotel, where you welcome the guests, inform them and handle the administration.

What will you do?

Working as a front office employee or a night receptionist, you carry out the check in procedure, confirm reservations and keep the occupancy up to date. You receive payments and follow them up, handle messages and calls and deal with complaints in a calm, friendly way. You are the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for every guest.
