Culture-fit matching is included free with every vacancy, even on the free plan: every candidate takes a personality test and is automatically matched to the culture of the team you're hiring for. The Culture Suite is a separate product: a recurring measurement of your whole organisation's culture, per team or department, independent of any vacancy. It's included free in Business and Group, or you can buy it separately from €49 per month plus €2 per employee who takes the test.
The Culture Suite costs €49 per month plus €2 per employee who actually takes the culture test, so you don't pay for your entire headcount, only for who participates. Business and Group include the Culture Suite for free, up to 150 and 500 employees respectively.
Pay a year upfront and you get 2 months free on every plan and on the Culture Suite. This doesn't apply to a one-off Vacancy Boost. If you switch plans, we settle the difference. You can also pay by bank transfer; your access starts once we've received the payment.

We get paid at one specific moment: when a match turns into a conversation, the moment you unlock who someone is, message them directly and pull their details into your own process. If our matching didn't produce good candidates, nobody would ever pay to unlock them, so a genuinely useful free tier is exactly how we prove the paid part is worth it.

The free boost is automatic: if a vacancy hasn't led to a hire within 12 weeks, we boost it for you at no cost. Don't want to wait 12 weeks? Boost it now. Happy to wait? The free boost still kicks in automatically either way.
