What will you do?
Working as a host and information officer, you answer the phone, handle telephone reception, control who is allowed access and hand out promotional material for the products or services on offer. From time to time you take on administrative tasks such as managing mail and registering complaints. Across Belgium this role appears in tourism and reception settings as well as in secretarial and support teams, so a friendly, service minded attitude matters as much as being well organised.

Frequently asked questions
What if an unexpected visitor arrives?
Check the appointment and contact the internal host. A familiar company name alone is not a reason to grant access.
