A practical connection to the candidate pool
Through the partnership, Werkvolk has access to the VDAB candidate pool. This connection helps us make it easier for candidates to get started on Werkvolk.
This does not make Werkvolk a CV database for employers. Candidates discover vacancies and show interest themselves; employers review available matches in the portal.
A head start for your profile
When you create a Werkvolk account and a corresponding VDAB profile is available, we prefill the available information. You do not need to enter all of those details again.
Check the information and add anything missing or changed. You can then continue with your profile and the jobs in the app. Prefilled information does not mean your profile is automatically complete.
