Your first hire is currently free. After that you pay 149 euro per 4 weeks per vacancy, with a minimum of 12 weeks per activated vacancy and cancellable every 4 weeks after that. There is no placement fee and no commission on the salary of the person you hire.
Is this a temp agency?
No. A temp agency employs the worker itself and charges a margin on the hourly rate. With Werkvolk you hire directly: the candidate joins you, on your contract, on your terms. We only handle the sourcing and the pre-screening.
Does my vacancy also appear on VDAB?
Yes. Your vacancy is published on VDAB automatically and we submit it as structured data so it also appears in Google Jobs. On top of that our own advertising traffic works for your vacancy, and we reach skilled workers through our partner agreements with technical schools and training centres. All of that is included in the price.
How quickly will I have candidates?
As soon as your vacancy is active it enters the matching stream in the app. Candidates with a strong match see it at the top. The sharper your must-haves, the more targeted the suggestions.
