What does a vacancy cost on Werkvolk?
Posting a vacancy is always free, including your account's first 2 matches. Want more? Choose a plan from 149 euro per month per vacancy, or a bundle that lowers the price per vacancy. Every plan is monthly cancellable, with no minimum term.
Are the first 2 matches really free?
Yes, and it is not a temporary offer: this is the permanent price. Your whole account gets its first 2 Werkvolk-verified matches free, no matter how many vacancies you post. Once unlocked, those matches stay yours, even if you never subscribe afterwards.
Do I pay a placement fee or commission per hire?
No. Zero euro, even if you hire several people from the same vacancy. That is the biggest difference with a temp agency or recruitment agency, where you quickly pay 17 to 25% on top of the gross salary or thousands of euros per placement.
Am I locked into anything?
No. There is no minimum term: you cancel per vacancy whenever you want. Does a hire not work out within 12 weeks? Then we highlight your vacancy for free, so it moves higher in the results and matching candidates see it sooner.
How does billing work exactly?
Per month, per plan you choose. Choose a bundle like Team or Business, and we bill that one bundle price; vacancies beyond your plan's slots are billed separately at the standard rate of 149 euro per vacancy per month. All amounts quoted are exclusive of VAT.
How do I cancel a vacancy?
Yourself in the portal, every month and per individual vacancy, with no minimum term. You pause, restart or stop a vacancy whenever you want. So you never cancel a whole account to get rid of one vacancy.
Are there hidden costs?
No. No setup fees, no placement fees, no cost per recruiter or per site. Culture-fit matching, personality tests, the advertising traffic to your vacancy and the supply from our partner schools are all included in every plan, including the free one. Vacancy insights are included once you choose a paid plan.
Do I pay per recruiter or per user?
No. Unlimited recruiters and unlimited sites, with no per-user cost. Your whole team can join without your price changing.
What if I make no hire at all from my vacancy?
Then after 12 weeks we highlight it for free: it moves up in the results so matching candidates see it sooner. You can also simply stop the vacancy after that. What we will not do is sell you an extra package to become visible after all.
