No. Culture Suite is a fully separate product and works without you ever posting a vacancy at Werkvolk.
Is Culture Suite available outside Belgium?
Yes, Culture Suite is available internationally with no region restriction, unlike our vacancy matching, which focuses on Limburg.
What exactly counts as an employee for pricing?
Only employees who actually take the culture test. You don't pay for your entire headcount, only for who takes part.
What's the difference with culture-fit matching on a vacancy?
Culture-fit matching pairs one candidate with the culture of one team and is included free with every vacancy. Culture Suite measures the culture of your whole organisation itself, repeatedly, independent of any hire.
Can I change the number of participating employees later?
Yes, at any time. The price automatically adjusts to the number of employees who actually take the test.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay a year upfront and you get 2 months free, just like our other subscriptions.
Do I get Culture Suite for free if I hire through Werkvolk?
Yes, if you're on the Business plan (up to 150 employees) or the Group plan (up to 500 employees). Above that, or without a vacancy at Werkvolk, you buy Culture Suite separately.
