We use it to match you with vacancies or with candidates, and for nothing else. Werkvolk is 100% GDPR compliant, all data is stored encrypted and we never sell your data to third parties. There is also no reselling of profiles to temp agencies or job boards.

Entirely within the European Union. We do not use American hosting providers. That is a deliberate choice: it means your data falls under European rules and stays that way.

An employer only sees your profile after you have shown interest in their vacancy yourself. There is no searchable CV database for companies to browse. You take the first step, and without it nobody sees your profile.

Not unless you show interest in a vacancy from that company. Your profile is not public and is not searchable. If you want to be certain, simply swipe away vacancies from your own employer.

You can delete your account yourself through the app settings. Your profile, your matches and your conversations go with it. You do not need to send an email or fill in a form.

They are used to match you with vacancies where the way of working suits you, and with nothing else. Employers do not see raw test scores or a psychological report: they see how your profile relates to the team culture, as part of the match.

Yes, for the matching and the ranking. Those models run inside our own platform and your data is not used to train external models. The outcome is always traceable too: for every match you can see why it is there, and a human takes the decision.

Every action in the portal is recorded: who edited a vacancy, who viewed a candidate, who held a conversation. As an administrator you can export your own audit log whenever you want. That helps with internal control and with demonstrating a sound hiring process.
