What will you do?
Also known as a load controller, ramp controller or airport dispatcher, you collect the technical flight data, draw up the loading plan and compile the flight file. You plan the work, make handling equipment available for the aircraft and register the data. You organise the catering, the loading and unloading and arrange the fuelling, then exchange flight information with everyone involved.
