As a wood machinist, you make parts for furniture, interior or exterior joinery, sets, or stands in solid wood or panel material across Belgium. Working as a wood machine operator or wood machining operative, you work from a work order and set up and change over the machines. You determine the working method, organise your workstation, mark out and dimension the parts, and machine them on conventional woodworking machines.
