Is Werkvolk a staffing agency?
No. Werkvolk provides publishing, matching and tools to assess candidates and talk directly. As the employer, you arrange the employment agreement and personnel administration.
What does a coefficient mean in an agency quote?
It is a factor the supplier uses to calculate the rate. What it covers varies by quote and may include wages, employer costs and services. Ask for a breakdown; do not treat the entire factor as recruitment margin.
When should I compare with an agency?
When you need temporary staffing, administration or other services as well as candidates. Compare that need and the complete quote with what your own team can organise.
Does the calculator guarantee a saving?
No. It only shows the lowest-priced Werkvolk matching plan for your selection. Your own employment costs, HR time and other services are excluded.
Can a temp agency recruit through Werkvolk?
No. Werkvolk is for employers who hire themselves. Temp, recruitment and secondment agencies cannot post vacancies or approach candidates; such accounts are not verified.
