What will you do?
You patrol your zone, observe what happens around you, note any offence and step in when a conflict arises. You assist and help in emergency situations, take emergency measures when an incident occurs and write up an intervention report afterwards. The role is also known as security officer, surveillance agent or watchman, and you always follow the procedures and safety rules.

Review open reports at handover. Record times and facts accurately and keep information confidential. Report defective facilities through the proper line and follow relevant issues. Quiet hours still require attention and consistency.
